20 Questions you should ask your Fresno Bankruptcy Attorney

Most people ask the wrong questions. Here is what they typically ask:
1.  What will happen to my credit score?
2.  Do I qualify for a bankruptcy?

4.  If I am married do I need to file with my spouse?
5.  Do I have to go to court?

8.  Can I really get rid of all of my debts?

10. Can bankruptcy stop repossession, eviction or foreclosure?
While these are good questions, what you should really be asking are these SHOULD ASK questions:

If you are considering Bankruptcy then you should ask these 10 SHOULD ASK Questions.
Any honest Fresno Bankruptcy Attorney will readily answer these questions for you. If they want you to pay before they answer them… thank them for their time and go to the next attorney.
Also, before writing a check make sure you understand all the fees. Does the attorney’s fees include the filing fees, which are about $300 in California? Does it include administration? Are you being charged on an hourly rate or a flat fee? There are benefits to both, depending on your situation.
Have the courage to ask the hard questions when you talk to your potential attorney. It’s the only way you’ll be able to correct your financial situation.
